Why this page exists
A local publication is worth what its sourcing is worth. Listing the sources publicly is the cheapest way to make that checkable: if a figure on this site looks wrong, you can find the dataset it came from here, go to the publisher, and see for yourself.
This list is generated from the provenance record each dataset leaves when it is rebuilt from its source, so it cannot drift from what the site actually publishes. Licences are recorded exactly as the publisher states them. Where a publisher gives no licence, this page says so rather than assuming one.
