What each page tells you

The project page was last posted on September 10, 2026. It describes an 11-storey building. It lists the applications as approved but does not give a decision date, a by-law number or any mention of the Ontario Land Tribunal.

The Official Plan amendments register lists the amendment as No. 168 and links an Ontario Land Tribunal case file for it. Its description is of a larger building. The City's pages do not say why the register's figures differ from the project page's, whether the building changed during the approval process, or which description is the one now approved.

How to check before you quote a number

  • Ask Community Planning at 905-335-7777 or city@burlington.ca which unit count, storeys and floor area ratio are the approved ones, quoting the file numbers 505-03/22 and 520-04/22 and amendment No. 168.
  • Open the Official Plan amendments register on burlington.ca and follow the "OLT Case" link beside amendment No. 168 for the Tribunal's own record of the case.
  • Subscribe to updates through subscribe.burlington.ca, which the project page links, so you see any change the City makes to either record.
