Exception (10 polygons)

Holding (H) prefix (1 polygons)

What the zone permits

The permitted uses and regulations for R2.1 are set out in Part 2, Residential Zones, Zoning By-law 2020. BurlingtonIQ does not paraphrase them: an exception, a holding provision or a later amendment can change what applies to one lot.
