What the zone permits

The permitted uses and regulations for URM are set out in Part 7, Uptown Mixed Use Centre Zones, Zoning By-law 2020. BurlingtonIQ does not paraphrase them: an exception, a holding provision or a later amendment can change what applies to one lot.
